Recently, I want to find a suitable project management webapp for my students. After testing Monday.com, Clickup, Trello, TAIGA, etc. , I found that the free plan of Bitrix 24 is currently a better choice for small student groups that have less than 10 members. The reasons are as follows:
- You can have 10 members in a project.
- Gantt chart is free to use.
- The basic functions for task management are adequate; no critical functions are missing.
The other apps are quite limited. For example, Trello doesn't include the timeline view (gantt chart) for their free plan. Monday.com only allows two to three members in a project for their free plan.
